Alaska is not what you see every day...a progressive rock DUO.
Al Lewis is the drummer/vocalist, John O'Hara on keys/Taurus pedals.
After a 2 hour show, I can't say they sound like anybody else.
Al has a wonderfully clear and pleasing tenor voice, his drumming is
absolutely virtuosic. John is an octopus, using multi-keyboards and
feet going wild on pedals, playing with fire and passion.
No, these guys don't need a bass player.
